The Fleece FPE-CLNTBYPS-0712 Coolant Bypass Kit will equalize the coolant temperatures throughout the engine in your 2007.5-2012 Dodge Ram with the 6.7L Diesel. The coolant flow issue to the rear cylinders on the 6.7L Diesel is one of the most significant problems. The cylinders at the back of the 6.7L Engine encounter the highest coolant temperatures as a result of poor coolant flow. In particular, the rear of the block experiences excessive pressure due to this temperature rise, which causes the freeze plugs to pop out externally.
