The RevMax 68RFE-301B ZeroFlex Billet Tow/HD Valve Body provides your 2019-2020 Dodge 6.7L Diesel 68RFE (Blue Plug) with smoother and crisper shifts. RevMax constructs each Valve Body from 6061 billet aluminum which allows it to accomedate 325psi of line pressure without any warpage. Every Valve Body is dyno and vaccum leak tested in addition to a detailed quality control review that ensures each Valve Body meets RevMax's standard. Trained RevMax Technicians use state of the art Haas CNC milling machines to build each Valve Body instead of hand machining which runs the risk of human error. RevMax Techs use a Rennishaw probe to dial in each valve body to the reamer prior to the valve being cut and results in it being within .0005" within the original centerline of the bore. Each Valve Body is 1" thick and can use a stock filter and pan because it has precision cutouts. RevMax uses full depth worm tracks in crucial circuits. One restricted circuit is the combined vent track. This track is responsible for all venting operations and in particular the problematic SSV valve. The next restricted circuit is the torque converter clutch signal circuit. Restrictions in this circuit creates all kinds of torque converter related concerns including; dragging when coming to a stop, overheating, soft or harsh TCC apply or release and back feed issues resulting in P1776 and P0871 trouble codes.
